Do you know what foods compliment other foods?

Neither did I, but someone has already done the hard work for us.  Belgian Scientists have been working on this and created a website.  Here's an example of how it works: you choose what you're serving and the website creates a wheel (think of a color wheel) of all the foods that will compliment the dish or beverage you're serving.
