Homemade BBQ Sauce

I don't measure any of the ingredients as I do most of my cooking by the dump method and season to taste!

You will need the following ingredients:

Brown sugar (approx. 1 cup)
Worcestershire Sauce (approx 1/4 cup)
Ketchup (approx. 1/4 cup)
Mustard (approx 1/4 cup)

Mix it all up and you have BBQ sauce!

Have you been looking for recipes so you can make your own homemade mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup or chipotle sauce?  If so, then look no further I am posting some I found online, as well as the source where I found them! Homemade Ketchup Ingredients: 1 (28-oz) can whole tomatoes in purée 1 medium onion, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt Directions: Blend tomatoes and purée from the can in a blender until smooth. In a heavy 4-quart saucepan, Cook onion in oil over moderate heat, stirring, until softened (about 8 minutes). Add puréed tomatoes, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, and salt. Simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently, until very thick (about an hour). Purée mixture in a blender until smooth.
