Pork Chop Casserole

Pork Chop Casserole

I have been cooking this recipe since I was 14 and this becomes a quick favorite to all that try it!

13x9x2 glass baking dish
6 Pork Chops (I get the boneless)
Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
Durkee French Fried Onions - you can get Cheddar or Original - (Large Can)
Bag of Frozen Cubed Potatoes
Cream of Mushroom (celery if you don't like mushrooms)
1/2 a can of Milk (Use your cream of mushroom can)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown your pork chops in a skillet just until browned and remove from heat.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, BUT save some onions and cheese for the topping...
Add your pork chops to the top of the potato mixture in the pan. Add the remaining cheese and onions and cover with aluminum foil. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes and remove foil for last 20 minutes...
It's ready when the cheese is melted and sides are bubbly...
