Alfredo Linguine

Alfredo Linguine

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 jar Bertolli Creamy Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 2-qt saucepan over medium heat and cook walnuts 3 minutes or until golden.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in sauce.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes ot until heated through.
  5. To serve, toss hot linguine with sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with additional chopped walnuts and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
