Salmon Patties Recipe
I just received the new All You issue in the mail today and I came across this recipe and thought I would share!
Salmon Patties

Serves: 4
Cost per Serving: $1.44
Ingredients:
- 1 14.75-oz can salmon
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1 egg
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. onion powder
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 T vegetable oil
- Drain and debone salmon& put into a mixing bowl. Crush crackers into crumbs and add to bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
- Using fingers, mix ingredients together and form into patties.
- Warm vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place patties in skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Garnish each plate with a lemon wedge and serve patties with a green salad.
