Stuffed Bell Peppers


  • 6 Medium Green Peppers             
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef          
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions             
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt             
  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Wash the peppers and cut off the tops.  Chop up the tops, discarding the stems.  Rinse the insides of the peppers and remove the seeds.  In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients together well.  Spoon the meat mixture into the peppers.  Pour 1 cup of the water into a baking pan and place the peppers in it.  Cover the pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
