Stir-Fry Pepper Steak

Serve over rice.

2 T. Oil or 1/2 stick Margarine
1 t. Garlic Salt
1 Pound Round Steak, cut into thin strips
2 Medium Green Peppers, seeded, and cut into strips
1 C. Sliced Mushrooms, cooked

Put the oil in a skillet, sprinkle in the garlic salt, and place over medium heat until just hot.
Add the steak, green peppers and mushrooms to the skillet.
Cook, stirring often, until the meat is cooked and done as you like.
