Hamburger Casserole
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1 t. Seasoned Salt
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Pound Potatoes, Cooked and Mashed
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare the potatoes. Cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, but do not brown the onion. Drain off the fat. Add the seasoned salt, sour cream, and Worscestshire sauce, stirring to mix well. Press the beef mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat and then top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
