Pan Center Cut Porkchops
4 Center-Cut Pork Chops, about 1" Thick
1 t. Dried Thyme
1 t. Salt
1 T. Oil
Sprinkle the thyme and salt on both sides of the chops. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Spread the oil over the bottom of a large iron skillet over medium heat. Place the chops in the pan and cook slowly, lowering the heat if necessary. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Cover, turn off the heat and let chops sit for 8-10 minutes.
