Four Bean Salad
Diabetic Friendly modification of my mom's recipe (Bob's favorite:)

Ingredients:
1 can green beans
1 can yellow (wax) beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
1 small onion~ red or white, sliced very thinly
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
Dressing:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cider vinegar
1/3 cup agave nectar
3/4 teaspoon dried ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon chives
Directions:
Drain all beans and place them in a large bowl.
Add peppers & onions.
Mix together dressing ingredients and pour it over beans.
Stir well, cover & refrigerate.
Let the salad marinate for at least 8 hours ~ 24 hours is optimal.
