Tom & Jerry

Nothing chases the chills away like a Tom & Jerry :)
Ingredients:
13 eggs
4 cups 10x sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla (I use my vanilla that I make with vodka)
Brandy or Rum (if making for adults)
nutmeg for dusting
Directions:
Crack eggs into a large bowl.
Beat in sugar 1 cup at a time.
Beat until light & thick.
Meanwhile put the kettle on and have your mugs ready.
To serve:
Ladle 2 ounces of egg mixture into your mug. Add 1 shot brandy or rum and finish filling the mug with boiling water. Stir well and a froth will develop. Dust with nutmeg and enjoy :)
You can also make this into eggnog by adding 1/2 & 1/2 or light cream instead of boiling water... either way it's to die for!!
