Health & Beauty Products made with Questionable Chemicals

I sat down to read one of my books tonight and what I found was alarming! I knew that there were some harmful chemicals in my Health and Beauty Products, but when I looked up what some of these chemicals were I was beside myself. I am still working on some research, but would like to share what I have found so far with you. The following is a PDF of a printable list of chemicals you should stay away from: http://www.ewg.org/files/EWG_cosmeticsguide.pdf Here is another site that provides a slide show of how these chemicals can affect your health: http://www.slideshare.net/Livingpureorganics/organic-cosmetics-presentation As I do more research I will be adding to this page so be sure to check back often for more information.

As I Mentioned Earlier

I haven't been feeling well since Thanksgiving.  I have been suffering from a stomach bug of some sort and haven't had any relief.  I had it last year (2008) at the same exact time of year 2 months after having my youngest child.  I have been doing lots of research online since then and I believe I may have a Thyroid problem and by the looks of the symptoms many people may have it and not know it.  I am posting a link to the website with a list of symptoms for you to look over, share with loved ones or to take to your Dr.  Many people are not tested for this disease and thrown in the blanket category of IBS, IBD, Crohn's, Ulcerative Colotis, etc without knowing what is really wrong.  Click HERE to see the Top 10 Signs you may have a Thyroid Problem. With this in mind I am also looking for a way to "heal" myself rather than "cover up" the problem.  If this works I will be thrilled!!  By doing this research I have learned a lot about my colon hea...
